Are your candles vegan friendly?

Yes! All of my candles I make are vegan and all natural. The candle wax I use is predominately coconut and fortified with vegetable waxes. I never use ingredients that are derived from animal products when making candles.

What does trim your wick mean?

After burning any candle for the first time, you may notice after you extinguish the flame, the wick will be black and have a small mushroom top. The term 'trimming your wick' refers to cutting off the tiny black mushroom top off the wick. It also must be trimmed down to 1/4" before lightining again. This avoids the possibility of black smoke, or soot, and high unsafe flames.

How can I get the strongest scent out of my candle?

To get the strongest scent:

- Always trim your wick

- I also recommend to buy the appropriate sized candle depending on the area you will be lightining the candle in. For example, I do not recommend you purchase a smaller candle and expect to have a strong scent throw in a larger space, such as an open living room area. But don't worry! I currently have smaller and larger candle sizes to purchase to meet any needs you have.

Can I recycle the candle when I'm done burning it?

Yes! Since my candle jars are glass, they can be recycled once finished. To recycle after final use, make sure to completely remove any wax residue that may be in the candle jar, the wick and the labels. You may then proceed to recycle the candle jar, but any other materials should be disposed of in the trash.
