Shipping Policy

Please note that your order processing time is separate from the shipping time you see at checkout. 

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Also note there are a such thing as potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

At this time, there is free domestic shipping on all orders.

Local delivery and In-store pickup

Unfortunately, we do not offer local delivery or local pick up. Right now, the only way to receive your order is by mail and delivery.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not ship to any country but the United States of America.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at ravenskyecandleco@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

You can also use the 'chat with us' icon located at the bottom right on your screen and click the 'track my order' option and provide your order number and the email address you used to purchase with us.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of our carriers falls into this group, we will send you a email and together we'll resolve the issue.
