Shipping Policy
Orders are typically prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days after your order is placed. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on candles or home fragrance products at this time.

Each candle is designed to burn slowly and evenly so you can enjoy the fragrance for hours at a time. Burn time will vary depending on the candle size, how long it’s burned each use, and how well the wick is maintained. For the best experience, we recommend burning your candle long enough for the melted wax to reach the edges of the jar during each burn.
Keeping your candle looking and burning its best is simple. Trim the wick to about 1/4 inch before each burn to help reduce soot and create a more even flame. During the first burn, allow the wax to fully melt across the top layer to help prevent tunneling and uneven wax buildup over time.
